★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of kids clothing and friendly service. I was pleased the cashier gave me half off a kids swimsuit as it was missing a piece (3 piece set but only 2 pieces were there... but it was all I needed since it was the top and bottom). Anyways we were happy.
4 stars because the pants I bought nearly wrecked for my 7 year old the day after she bought them. She slid on her bum at the park on a steep spot. I get they aren't meant to have that done to them but they were pretty much destroyed with just that one slide which was too bad.
All the other items we bought have held up well so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service, only problem i had was that some of the items i wanted to purchase were out of sizes aside from XXL, though this was probably because a lot of people are getting ready for the summer.
Great experience aside from that small negative!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in today and got amazing customer service all around from the greet at the door, the gal who helped me find training bras for my picky daughter, the fitting room attendants who were so helpful as my daughter just graduated to adult clothing and we had no idea what size to the cashier who was frickin awesome! Thank you for the great shopping trip! We'll definitely be back!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok aside from loving Old Navy for it’s cute clothes, they have the best customer service! After a mix up with an online order and delivery, both the customer service rep on their 1-800 number and the employees of the Lethbridge location were amazing in helping get everything sorted out!
