About Leister's Home Care
Brooks Kesick joined Leisters in September 2008 as a service technician and part owner. Brooks is now the co-owner with his wife Sally. Brooks bring several years of experience in the electronics and computing field. The primary focus has been servicing our rural accounts and in town service.
Sally Kesick joined us as Office Manager in January 2010. She is co-owner with her husband Brooks. Her many years as an accounts manager enables her to understand both supplier and customer needs. Sally also received extensive training in incontinence products. She is also a qualified compression garment and Mastectomy Prosthesis fitter.
Amanda Chambers has been with Leisters since October 2019, she is the Manager and oversees most of the day to day operations. Amanda has also received extensive training in incontinence products. Amanda relocated to Lethbridge from Calgary to pursue this business with her husband Kyle, along with their 3 children.
Kyle Chambers has been with Leisters since October 2019. Kyle is our Service and Technician Manager. Kyle is also our wheelchair specialist, he does all of our custom wheelchair work.
Ciara Hendry has been with Leisters since June 2020. Ciara is our uniform specialist. She is always up to date with our designer uniforms and has the hottest styles. Feel free to contact her for uniform group rates. Ciara also received extensive training in incontinence products. She is also a qualified compression garment and Mastectomy Prosthesis fitter.

I bought a pair of scrub pants and thought I liked them but then tried them on again when I got home and they were awfully disproportionate on me, having no room in the bottom and therefore falling down when walking and I need functional pants when 90% of my job is walking, bending, squating ect as a health care aide, I tried to take them back the day after and so far it was fine after the staff and I found some better pants to exchange because their store does not give refunds, she all the sudden told me because I wore them for under an hour at home, that she wouldn’t take them back. She told me all of this in a rude manner as I stayed calm and asked what the difference is between trying them on in store and trying them on at home, she wouldn’t discuss this and I walked out. I don’t have a lot of money right now, and I was really in need of some new work pants.

Service was incredibly good with a very helpful and knowledgeable young lady helping us.
After a few days we made a few changes to our order and they were quick and helpful, never a problem.
Noticed a review on here about grouchy staff…nothing like that for us..helpful, friendly and very compassionate…they got us what we needed and all with a smile!
Highly recommend shopping here, they know their stuff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy. Bought a couple of pants for my husband and specifically asked if he didn't like them could I return them. Salesperson said yes. When I got home, found that one pair was wrong size and my husband did not like them at all. Took them back next day only to be told they don't take returns, only credit or exchanges. Sale person pointed to sign on top of counter saying it was store policy. Sign gets covered up with merchandise so you do not see it. Now I have a gift card I don't know if I will ever be able to use. NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE ... feel like I was lied to.
