Prices are fair. You do get what you pay for don't forget.
Plenty of children's wear, shoes , hockey equipment.
Wheelchair accessible as wheel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in this morning to buy a $500 kids bike and I couldn't get anyone to help me. Tried to use the washroom and needed a staff key. Again, nobody around to help. Upon exiting I spotted a group of staff chatting and texting. Nobody even noticed I was there. Ended up going across the street to Bert and Macs where I found a better bike at a cheaper price. Avoid sport chek unless you absolutely need something and do not want any help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered shoes online for my son for Christmas and sadly they were to small. I waited until December 28 because I know lots of places dont do returns on boxing day. December 28 I phone the online customer service and a Mark was my representative. He was amazing and let me know all I had to do was take my shoes to my local store for a refund and order a different size. I went into the store at 445pm and was only second in line. There was a person behind the register who made eye contact with me and said "ya?" When I walked to his register I let him know i just needed a return. He than pointed to the counter and had me read "no returns Dec 26, 27, 28". I let him know customer service sent me down and he replied "sorry man". Awful customer service wasted trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not get your skates or other equipment worked on here. Just waited in line for half an hour to pay for my $7 sharpening, that was after waiting an hour and a half to get them sharpened. Do yourself a favour and go to Source for Sports!

The staff were so incredibly helpful and welcoming. They payed excellent attention to everything my dad needed and special shout out to Meredith for her AMAZING service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both times I was there in the last year the service was good and the staff were helpful. I bought hiking shoes that were to come on sale the next day and got the sale price. Also the rain jacket/shell I bought a while ago is the best item of this type I have bought through the years; it cost more than previous ones, but you get what you pay for.
