★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Life Mark Physiotherapy after a MVA. I received physiotherapy treatments and was given a detailed exercise plan. I subsequently attended some virtual visits with Michelle to provide updates and ask questions about an at home treatment plan. I recently purchased a TENS machine, which I still find to be very helpful and cost effective! I give Michelle a 5.0 :)

The receptionists are very friendly, and help you in any way that they can.
I have been going to Erin for about 1 year now and she is fantastic!
I started going originally because of a pain in my hip, after my initial assessment she immediately was able to tell me that I have issues with the nerves in my lower back (all by simply assessing my ability to bend stretch)
After healing a few month later I was extremely happy.
I then visited Erin a few months later after being in a hit and run accident. I have pain in my lower back and hip once again. I am super happy, that once again I am healing fast and well with the help of Erin!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This will be my second time going with Lifemark after my second accident. I would highly recommend this place. The staff is amazing and friendly, everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They make it very easy to get signed up and our great with keeping up on appointments. I have never been kept waiting long over my last visits and am looking forward to the same treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Victoria was great, helped me with bursitis in my hips. Gave me great exercises to take home that have literally subsided my pain and increased my mobility. She revised my exercises and printed off a copy for take home.
