★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 90 minute massages got me no where. She'd find the areas and just when u thought right on...no...she'd move on. I asked a few times to work harder. Nope... Worst massages ever! Waste of my time and money. I could hear laughing and loud voices all 3 visits coming from the front room. Kinda annoying when trying to relax. Music one day was so loud it was kind of counter productive. Colossal waste of time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previously I had a few acupuncture and chiropractor treatments for sore neck and upper back pain and they did not help the pain.
I went for a massage with Tina and after just one treatment I am pain free.
She did an amazing job!
Tina also took the time after the massage to give me some exercises to prevent this pain and told me the root cause of the pain.
I am a very happy customer and highly recommend her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a breath of fresh air dealing w/ everyone at Central Okanagan Massage. Staff are always polite, clinic is always well kept and has a nice, calming aura. The RMTs here are hands above the rest in terms of professionalism and knowledge, and coming from an athletic background it's wonderful having staff who can cater to the needs of a very damaged body

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going to Central Okanagan Massage for years now and wasn't disappointed until they changed staff. Now I'm being charged for no show appts I didn't even book. I just got charged for a "No show" from last year and when I mentioned I didn't book one, they waived it... only to charge me for it my next Appt. Then wanted me to Prebook? Waste of my benefits and time. Super unhappy and wont be going back which is unfortunate because I love there acupuncture and massage. Terrible service though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s difficult to find a high quality massage therapist in Westbank. Brienna is an excellent massage therapist. A good listener, strong and has the right amount of pressure. The studio was also very nice, clean, and calming. Highly recommended!
