★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was worse then terrible the Manager is completely unprofessional and their privacy policy doesn't apply to this store.
my boyfriend and I have been left feeling ripped off and so mistreated by staff and management after having to fight for our belonging from our storage unit after paying our rent they still would not give us access and charged us an extra $400 just cause so we could get our stuff back. the manager is a crook and if she doesn't like you she will do anything to make dealing with them impossible. she not only breached our privacy to complete strangers calling in, she also tried to peg us with a $10,000 bill! and when we refused to pay it she tried to make us pay it by locking us out of our storage locker. she then made us pay an extra $400 instead of $10,000 when we refused to pay that and demanded our belongings back! it took days of fighting with them over the phone. this manager should be FIRED. I dont recommend storing anything here you might never see it again if you dont have alot of cash you want to give away for no reason!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. The customer service is horrible, the employees are untrained, and I have been lied to multiple times here. I am in the middle of moving and missed payment by less than 72hrs. I paid and then called to make sure the 2nd lock was off my unit so I could access it. I was promised by an employee it would be done. I filled 2 vehicles with my stuff, ready for storage, and drove 35 minutes (each way) to my unit. I arrived to it double locked. I will be going in there in the morning to share my frustrations with their manager, then I will likely be looking for a new storage company.
Also, it takes multiple phone calls and countless time to actually get ahold of someone who works here.
0/10, would not recommend to even my worst enemy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company says you have access to your units until 10pm but they shut the bay doors at 6:40pm and tell you that they close the bay doors at 7pm. 20 minutes early but hey what's 20 minutes? Sketchy people hanging around inside the bay doors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had to rent a car hauler trailer. I dealt with Matt and he was nothing short of fantastic - his level of service was amazing and he had me sorted and on the road very quickly. I would highly recommend U-Haul in West Kelowna and will definitely use their services again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical UHaul be ready to rewire the trailer and make sure the old lock is cut off the trailer before you drive away after renting. Good people, busy place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly funny staff. They know how to keep things light on a boring day. The process for both renting and returning was quick and simple. They have tons of storage rooms in different shapes and sizes. I was only renting a truck.

They are personable, efficient and very well organized in comparison to other locations. If you are looking to rent a truck in the area, I strongly recommend booking with them.
