★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been going to New Look Dental from the beginning. Some of the staff is still from Dr Hart who I went to since 2000. Then Dr Anderson took over.
Very professional and when I needed immediate help they were very accommodating. Would highly recommend Dr Anderson and all the staff at New Look Dental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I have been clients of Dr. Kevin Anderson, and his staff, for over twenty years. He has very nice dental assistances and front desk staff who really make you feel welcome. Dr. Anderson is soft spoken and very attentive to explain your required dental options to keep your cost at a minimum. We highly recommend him and his wonderful staff at New Look Dental. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Dr. Anderson and Tina for almost 4 years now. Prevoiusly we had a horrendous experience with another local dentist, so I had high expectations of the next one.
New Look, its staff and its atmosphere are all 5 stars. When you first go there, you get treated like you are their most important patient. They take time to talk about your treatment plan, and they always go over your benefits with you when you need them to. They never try to push any strange dental products on you, and I never feel like they are rushing too much that they can't answer questions.
Top notch service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kids and I have been going to New Look Dental for many years and Dentist Anderson and all the hygienists are excellent skilled professionals. I trust my teeth with them and I feel they truly care about their clients. The office is a lovely space and it feels like I’m at the “Spa” when I’m there even with the plaque being chiseled off my teeth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a patient of Dr. Anderson and his Staff for many years now.
I am not a young person. I have had a number of different dentists over these years on both coasts.
Dr. Anderson is a very skilled and efficient dentist. He explains exactly what should be done with each dental need. He has a very pleasant, quiet personality.
I have found that my experience with his Dental Assistants to be exactly the same on my regular prevention visits.
The same is true of the office staff... very helpful and very pleasant to patients.
Going to the dentist is not on the top of my fun things to do... (probably no one's) !
I am very comfortable with my visits to the New Look Dental Office. Keep up the great work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I have been going to New Look since they moved from their old location on Elliott Road a few years back.
Overall Dr. Andersen and his staff give great care and attention.
However over the years I have developed medical issues like most people develop as they age. I have high blood pressure and have been on medication for years.
Todays appt. was not very good. I have seen Tracey three times previously and have not had great appts. with her.
Because I refused to have my blood pressure taken today I was given a ten minute lecture by her which was totally uncalled for. I feel this is an invasion of a patients privacy.
It is my choice as a patient if I choose to have my blood pressure taken. I develop white coat syndrome and anxiety and that is why my blood pressure is always high here and most other places. When I'm at home I'm more relaxed and my numbers are normal.
I understand what she meant by their safety protocols but I feel this was a personal attack today and she made me feel very unwanted and upset.
She had no right to be disrespecting and rude to me.
I come to this clinic to have my teeth taken care of not my blood pressure.
I will be seeing a different hygienist from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All staff (receptionists, hygenists and dentist) are friendly, professional and skilled. The rooms are spotless clean. Appointments are easily made/changed. I drive from Kelowna (and pass by several other dental offices) to come here.
