We have been extremely please with the immediate attention we have received from both Broadstreet Head Office and Jayme-lyn King, Site Manager for Lakeview Ridge here in West Kelowna, BC. As we are the first tenants to move into our new apartment we had some minor repairs. These were looked after immediately. The tenant rules we signed were spelled out perfectly. The majority of the tenants follow the rules which makes living here comfortable. We would like to especially thank Jayme for her professional handling of any of our concerns.
P	Previous Employee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first, the company was great to work for, they offered good hours, fair pay, friendly and fun working relationships with other staff members. Upfront it looks like a friendly, family owned business that is a great place to work, but that quickly changed as management would expect more from you every day, micro manage your performance and have unrealistic timelines of having projects completed. Don't let the front fool you, this is a large multi-million dollar company where everyone is expendable and your personal life and concerns do not matter.

Jaimie and her team are very thorough explaining how things are done and the expectation of being a tenant . I had an issue with a tenant in the building and it was dealt with professionally and promptly. I especially like the 24/7 contact with a real person who forwards your concerns and contact is made the next day . The suites are modern and open I would recommend these rentals in our community

Not only is she professional and friendly but she goes the extra mile to ensure that my questions and concerns are met. I absolutely enjoy dealing with the property manager in all areas and I mostly definitely recommend Lakeview Ridge properties.

The property is kept clean, there is maintenance on site just in case anything goes wrong with something in your unit. May and Jayme were the property managers who helped us out and they are both so lovely, the move in process was explained well beforehand and it was seamless when we came to get our keys. Looking forward to staying here for a long time!

Constant issues with the building and units which do not get addressed in a timely manor nor do they get addresses properly. Some of the staff if nice and work hard but that doesn't make up for the amount of problems that this place has. Rent is way too high, no sound proofing, poor quality appliances, no parking, incentives that were offered were not followed through. The site manager Jayme is rarely there and even when she is she is a nightmare to deal with and doesn't follow public health orders regarding Covid for example, not self isolating after returning from a personal trip out of country. No masks are worn often, no physically distancing, again the buildings are dirty and unsanitary regularly. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do yourself and a loved one a favour and stay clear of this place, you'll be better off without it.
s	shelley horner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have enjoyed living at lake view ridge, have had no issues. The property manager Jayme is amazing, follows through whenever I need help with anything. I actually followed her to this property from her previous property because I enjoyed her so much! Always see staff on site cleaning or doing maintenance. The only complaint I do have, reason for the 4 stars, is the visitor parking, there isn’t enough for how big this property is.

All appliances are cheap, the fridge make constant noise which is very annoying at night, the dish washer barely clean the dishes, the washer don't wash clothing just destroys them! There is absolutely no sound proofing. No security camera. Small room called gym with no proper air circulation. This applies to the managers too that they do bare minimum and really don't care if their tenants are happy or satisfied. Also when I moved in, the building was still under construction and the unit has so many deficiencies and for that they offered 50% discount on first month rent. But my experience was so disappointing living in this building that I decided to move out after 8 months. Although I gave 2 months notice, they still took the incentive back!!! I wanted to move in one day earlier, and they charged me one day rent! I've never seen such a cheap company. During Christmas time, half the tenants found their packages stolen from the lobby including mine and when I reached out to managers they simply ignored. I'm giving an extra star only because of the hard working maintenance crew.
