★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When West Urban owned and managed the place it was pretty good, and the onsite manager and assistant were responsive. Not liking the new company much though, but time will tell.
A few issues with these units are
1- They are not very sound soundproof, and when doors close the walls can shake a bit.
2- Can hear your upatirs neighbors showering or flushing the toilet which can become annying.
3- Floor soundproofing isn't great, so can hear upstairs neighbors walking around, or when they drop something.
4- The air con units are only in the living room so the bedrooms get quite warm in the summer, the living room unit just cannot keep the bedrooms at a comfortable temperature.
