R	Ron Be (KrispyOnTheBeat) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful lake view. Close to superstore, Walmart and anything you may need. No need to cross the bridge on weekend is perfect. On site amenities, rooftop patio with view of the lake and a responsive management team. Good sized 2 bedroom with nice finishes. Not a lot of parking and some unpleasant neighbors but otherwise, a great place to call home.
C	Carrie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our leasing Agent, Matt, was great. Always available to answer any questions we have. The property manager, Anna, is super sweet but knows her stuff and is always there to solve a problem and our Maintenance guy, Shamus, is top notch. The property is so new that it was not quite finished upon move in but all the staff are making it right and it will be great in no time. They are working together to work out all the kinks. It was a little crazy upon move in due to everyone moving in at the same time and the construction in the building next door starts early but the apartment is nice and the neighborhood is lovely. Its great to be close to so many amenities.

However, this apartment is not by any means a luxury apartment. It is your most basic apartment, absolutely terrible craftsmanship. It is all a wood frame building which means if you are not on the top floor you are going to hear EVERYTHING. Appliances are terrible, and low quality. Just closing this dishwasher feels like a child’s toy. I can hear my neighbours at night (the ones besides me when they move a chair and anything around the same noise level). Apartment across can see into your apartment. One small gym to accommodate all four buildings. Each building only has one elevator so if someone is moving you’re out the elevator (good luck with groceries or if you are in a wheelchair). Okay place if you’re looking to rent an below average apartment that is new, but by no means is a luxury apartment.

Even though we were having troubles with some of the online systems he helped us get it done fast and simple. I haven't moved in yet; but so far my impressions of both the complex and management are very helpful and positive. I'm looking forward to living in my new beautiful apartment!

My first interaction in August of 2020 with Matt Kowalchuk, and even today (2+ months into living here), both he and Ana have always outdone themselves; they have made it and make it easy. It is especially great knowing I have them as I moved here not knowing anyone. They both bring a sense of calm and security - Thank you both. I am grateful!
B	Black Phoenix yeg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've lived here since July 2021, this building has such a long list of issues it's insane. They didn't build enough parking stalls for the amount of suites in the building. My husband and I park anywhere from 2-3 blocks away on any given day. The facilities included to make the building "luxury" only partially are available. The steam rooms have never been operational. The coffee stop in the lobby worked for all of 3 days in the 6 months we've lived here. The washer + dryer had issues literally the day I moved in(they've been fixed since). I'm now having issues with the internet through telus. Called telus and they said we need to contact the building manager. I contacted the building manager and he basically said, too bad, nothing he can do since it's not in the lease. Every question we have and need resolutions to, never get addressed. I can continue with issues, but being this is my first review on anything , I'm gonna wrap it up and say, probably not the best place to rent from. I'm so highly disappointed it's insane. If I'm paying "luxury" prices, I'm expecting at least decency & reasonably responsive management. Continuously getting told they will look into issues, but getting no resolve is beyond frustrating.

Rochelle listened to our needs and concerns and did everything to accommodate us. It's well kept, clean and the view of the lake is beautiful. All staff are professional and very pleasant to deal with.
