Glenmore Central

6th⭐️ I need to add in an extra star to describe how great experiences I had with Sheila and Murray yesterday. With their extreme patience, knowledge, flexibility and super friendly, after 2 hours I was able to see my dream bike became true. Sheila let me try few bikes to see which one I feel best fit for my humble height. She explained clearly pros and cons of each models accordingly to my needs, that help me narrow down my choices. Mix & match colors and parts are also important to me, this is where Murray stepped in like a hero, offer his magic works of modifying what I wish to have on my bike to help me happily pick out the final one. It was a great time I had with this dealer. I am so excited about this cute toy and totally satisfied with their services. Thank you very much, Sheila & Murray !

Indoor parking is $95 a month and the spots are pretty small. Parking outside is worse, though. People try and steal bikes and car parts. Visitor's parking is not much better. You need a parking pass for your visitor, and the office is only open a few hours a day and that's the only way to get one. I wouldn't try to get a parking pass in advance either (like if you're at work until after the office closes). Once had a parking pass stolen off our door by someone else's skip the dishes driver right after it was taped to our door. We weren't notified the pass was on our door, and their hall cameras got the guy stealing it on camera, but we still had to pay a fee for "losing" the parking pass. Soundproofing in the building is good. It's a newer building, so you're still going to hear the people above you walking around (or running, if there's kids). Never heard neighbors talking except in the hallway, though. The unit gets very hot in the summer. The air conditioning doesn't work well at all, but you can expect your electricity bill to go up a lot. Something also seems to be wrong with the internet. I thought it was a problem with our router, but after moving our router to another building and having it work flawlessly, I feel like there was a problem with the building. Internet speeds were super slow, and only would connect to a handful of devices half of the time. Could have just been our unit's problem, not sure. Paying is super easy. You can do it from their website along with submitting maintenance requests. You can also pay as far in advance as you want, it's applied as unused credit and put towards your next rent payment. Overall, Glenmore Central felt like the afterthought. We'd often receive newsletters on the door with most of the 'news' being about their other apartment building. Overall, wouldn't recommend Glenmore Central. The 'pros' are pretty standing for apartment buildings in Kelowna, and the 'cons' made the building just not worth it.

Management is professional yet personable. Prompt response to any issues or enquires. Community mentality promoted. Suits are stylish and homey. Love living here!

Giving 5 Stars specifically to the staff. Their dedication, care and tireless efforts throughout my 1.5 years as a resident shined brightly upon my experiences. Otherwise, this is a very new and functional building which would expectedly rate highly. Highly recommend the parkade should you secure a spot.

Glenmore Central was one of the best places I have lived in Kelowna. The building was very very clean, safe, well kept and somewhere I was proud to live. It was in a great location with lots of walking paths and amenities close by (Save-on, Subway, Starbucks to name a few). Not only was the building great, but the units were up to date with modern furnishings and quite spacious. I found the heating & electricity to also be quite affordable. The number one thing that made this such a great place to live would be the staff. Wanda, Corrina, Mark & the rest of the wonderful staff made the day-to-day and living here very enjoyable. They were always very kind, professional and prompt to address any of our questions or problems (we only had a few minor things as one does in an apartment). They were understanding, kind & also live on the property so able to attend to anything you need. I don't want to ruin any surprises but they also decorate for all the holidays and spoil residents with little treats, bbq's & other things throughout the year. I would HIGHLY recommend living here! :)

We have a condo in the building. The parking inside is definitely better than outside, I would make sure you had an indoor parking spot if you were thinking of living here. The association keeps us apprised and we are happy with the communication.

Glenmore central has been great. The staff are wonderful, I love the pretty apartments in a great location, Chinese food, pizza and nail spa all just outside my doorstep. The one issue I had they fixed right away, I definitely felt like they cared. In my experience they go beyond, decorating the lobby with festive spirit and even putting out food for the residents. Well done.

My wife and I, along with our large breed dog lived at Glenmore Central for 13 months. Staff was friendly, reasonable, and accommodating. We were in one of the City Home units. Although we did hear some road noise from Glenmore Road, we rarely heard anything from our neighbours beside or above. Having street access made taking our dog out an easy task and they also come with large patio areas. We were very happy living in this building and would recommend it to large pet owners especially.
