Best Apartment building in Canada

C	CZoobkoff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never left a review before, stumbled across these, and thought I should add to this post. I have lived here for 5 years. The suites are modern, quiet and comfortable. The building is in a great location, clean, has a fantastic pool, high end common areas, and a gym unlike many other buildings in Kelowna. The construction is complete and those minor inconveniences have ended. The staff here are helpful and friendly and always willing to assist those that need it. The residents vary from young families to retirees and everything in between and everyone is friendly and accommodating. There are draws and gatherings (in non pandemic times) to promote a sense of community and fun. My visitors have many times described this as being in a resort or on a cruise ship. Kelowna is starting to get more availability for apartments like these, but I could not imagine living anywhere else!

They run contests around all the holidays with fun little prizes and draws. Management is very accommodating and willing to help in any way they can! Awesome place to live!

The Resident managers (Wanda & Lyall Lucas) are professional, friendly and knowledgeable, as are the rest of the staff. Maintenance requests are promptly dealt with and any concerns are addressed fully. There is the latitude here to have a small pet, and a barbeque can be kept on the balcony. There are great amenities as well - outdoor pool, gym, activity room. We have lived in many apartments over the years, and this is the absolute best, due in no small part to the managers. If you are looking for a place to live try The Conservatory! Richard & Paulette
C	Corey Sullivan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived at The Conservatory since 2012 when it opened in the original, concrete (very quiet!) wing of the building. There have been a few changes in management and ownership while I have been here, and the current management and staff are the best and truly seem to care about the residents. The building is very clean and secure and well taken care of. It's a very pet-friendly building and we love seeing all the Conservatory dogs, including the cutie in the office. Amenities like the pool, fire pits, games room, gym, BBQ area and rooftop patio are top-notch. Requests and maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and professionally. Normally, there are tons of social events and it's nice to get to know your neighbours. During the pandemic, the office has found other unique ways to stay connected with residents such as treat bags on our doors and weekly soup draws. Most recently, the street lights were replaced with very bright bulbs so the outdoor areas feel very safe at night, and the construction in the neighbouring lots is finally coming to an end. We hope to remain at The Conservatory for years to come.
M	Mostafa H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived here from January 2021 to June 2022, the building is new and well maintained, the parking is clean and spacious, the management is responsive and friendly, Wanda and Corinna are great to deal with, if I ever come back to Kelowna I will live there again (if I don't buy a house), the neighborhood is thd best in Kelowna and the residents are quite and polite

The building we are in is always clean and very well managed. The Conservatory Team goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. An example of that is, every Halloween, Christmas and Valentine's Day the staff will make a theme area downstairs as you come in the front door into the lobby. There are dog treats available for your dog if you happen to be walking by the main office. A big thank you to the Conservatory Team...

The landscaping, groundskeeping, doggy stations, cleanliness, building repairs, and in-suite repairs/services are all first rate. I’ve never stayed in an apartment building where I’ve felt so happy over my choice, and hope to spend many more years here.

Wanda, Lyall, Corinna , and the rest of the staff take excellent care of the property. Prompt action to work order requests, continual cleaning inside and great landscaping care outside all make living here a pleasure. In addition to the regular maintenance, Wanda and her staff go above and beyond with numerous draws throughout the year for best decorations, soup draws, appy tables out for Christmas, and draws for dinners on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. They also hosted a Christmas party, and earlier in the year, cooked burgers for all the tenants. We would recommend the Conservatory to anyone looking for a great place to live.
