★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family was in town for vacation and my daughter developed an ear infection. We went to two other walk-in clinics on a Saturday until we went to Hillside and the lovely receptionist was nice enough to get us in right away. Very friendly service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This medical clinic staff is absolutely horrifying. After literally arguing with the receptionists who are awfully aggressively wrong and absolutely useless. Michelle specifically was one of the rude receptionists that were no help what so ever. Arguing with me instead of doing their jobs which was correcting the properly lab tests on a req from the doctor. FINALLY A GEM NAMED *KIMBERLY* finally got back to me and she was an absolute sweetheart and was super helpful. She accomplished what 3 other receptionists couldn't within an hour. Give this women a hugeee raise, fire the dead weight. Not recommended. 2 weeks later 3 virtual phone visits and I'm finally getting the proper care and lab tests done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t have a family doctor yet but feel so fortunate to have found this clinic. I have had 2 walk-in phone appointments so far and 1 in person. I was seen by Dr Iredia for my appointments and had a great experience each time. He is very efficient but also has a kind and gentle demeanour. The staff are also wonderful. Very thorough and friendly. As a medical secretary myself I was very impressed with each and every encounter I have had with the reception team. Thank you Hillside Medical Team & Dr Iredia ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a knee pain and Dr jasinovic figured it out while other physicians just said we don't know what is the problem just go to physiotherapist! He is so professional and caring. Listen to you patiently!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This doctors office is just about one of the best I have ever been to. Dr. Carroll is incredible as she never rushes you and will sit for as long as you need. I truly cannot say enough good things about her and I appreciate how caring and understanding she is. I don't wait long to get in to see a doctor and when I do have to wait a short while she always apologizes. This office is very clean and I feel as though they truly care about their patients! So thank you to Hillside Medical Clinic & staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called office 9 times no answer I had to go in just to get told to comeback. When I returned for my appointment they had 5 people ahead of me, why book appointment if you don’t hold them. I don’t care if they walked in before me you book my time! & when you express how frustrating it is the way they run the office, they just look at you like deers in headlights. Figure it out make life easier for everyone else & quit your job!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not waste your time. Had an appointment on Saturday for me and my wife. Couldn't be more disappointed, the doctor was cold, barely speaking, emotionless, didn't take well look at us, didn't even touch where I specified the pain area, stopped me in the middle of my explanation and just ordered me the exam. Which afterwards, I called to change the order because it was wrong, and then he says that we cannot order what I need, that I cannot have pain in my whole back ( like he would know where I'm having pain). In summary, horrible experience, will never go back, will never suggest anyone to go to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not describe this as a convenient walk in clinic for a one time visit on short notice. If you live nearby, you probably have to learn their system and register online.
As everyone can see, the other reviews vary wildly. The answering machine doesn't have an option for the "1" button, presumably because people mash it. There's no way to just call and book an appointment or speak to the receptionist. This might be explained by the location, as it is next to a bunch of retirement condos, so they are overburdened with those kinds of calls.
