I can confidently recommend them to anyone who asks. When you hear from the people who work with your builder and they are all happy, that says something. Always positive remarks and stories, many repeat customers, and they are a pleasure to deal with.

We built with them and others that have built with them say how the experience has been less then positive. They are also sloppy, messy, leave things inside and outfront which speaks volumes in itself, the trades they hire are not top notch, cut corners, the job end time once it is actually completed is far from reasonable, the owner is not helpful at all, they are unprofessional, not after the clients best interest and once the build is done they are hard to get a hold of. If you are even considering using this builder run another direction. Talk to others who have built with them. (Not referrals directly from the builder). Their trades constantly complain about them and I can see why. Take a drive by homes they are working on and you can see for yourself. Other builders do not work this way. Not an impressive builder at all. Waste of money dealing with this builder.
