Do NOT rent here!!! They will lure you in with a new building and a modern look but that's the only thing they've got going for them! Parking for any visitors is a nightmare! Very little parking spaces and amount... they have a 2 hour time limit. If you go over, they tow. Tenants basically have to ask management for permission for their visitors to park longer than 2 hours... like are you my parents that I need to get permission from?! Intercom system for the door is awful. Can never hear a thing when people talk. Suites are overpriced now with the raise in rent and they are tiny. It's over $1850 for a tiny 2 bedroom 2 bath for less than 800 sq ft... You can hear people in the hallway, from above, from beside. They also do quarterly suite inspections so every 3 months just "to change the furnace filter" since when does a furnace filter have to be changed that often? They come in to change it yes, but they come around with a clipboard to inspect the ENTIRE suite. WiFi is included in the rental price, but it is awfully slow. There is parking underground that FORBIDS you from storing ANYTHING else there other than a car and bike. Not even a storage bin, tires, etc. The leasing terms/management is inconsistent. In the leasing terms, it states BBQs aren't allowed. Yet some suites you can see that there are BBQs. States that its mandatory to have door mats at the entrances. Multiple tenants were told to remove any door mats as they are tripping hazards?? Many homeless folk around this area now too. If you don't pay for a parking space, you'll have to park across the road behind London Drugs but be warned, cars' windows get smashed in constantly due to the increasing amount of homeless folk. Heed my warning people! We are never living here ever again!

I have so many negative things to say I don't even think they will fit in one review. Our experience living at 1920 Enterprise Way and dealing with the management company, Mission Group, was an actual nightmare. We had a total of 3 different property managers over the 1 year period we lived in this building. The first of which, Janice Humphrey, was extremely unprofessional and rude. Things started off badly from day one when we were told 1 parking stall was "included" with each unit, only to find out upon signing the lease that there is a $60 fee for each parking stall. We were told a unit would be reserved for us on the 2nd floor, only to find out nothing was reserved and we'd have to take a unit on the 3rd floor which was of course more expensive. Lastly, we were told storage units were $50, only to find out that the only one left available was actually $65. This place nickel and dimes you to death, I can only assume there are some financial issues going on by the way they upcharge and gouge you. Janice would never be around when you would show up for scheduled appointments, she even once responded by simply saying, "I'm busy." Classy. The 2nd property manager, Brad something, rented multiple units to straight up drug addicts so for months there were unsavory people lingering around the property working on cars and bikes outside the lobby doors, it felt very unsafe. They also had multiple break-in's in the underground to which they requested tenants to act as security guards and call police if we saw something suspicious. There were homeless people living at the creek next to the apartment building which is plainly visible out of any living room window facing the creek, at night you can hear random people screaming and thrashing around in the bushes. Maybe this "luxury" building should consider hiring some security; they can definitely afford it since the rental rates are through the roof and they charge you for every single additional little thing. They charged us for 6 months straight for an additional parking stall we did not have and a stall which was in fact being rented by a completely different tenant, double dipping much?? They ended up reversing those charges and informed us we had a $300 credit on our account which we used towards our last month’s rent on their instruction only to receive paperwork from them upon move out stating we actually owed them $300 because they reversed the charges twice in error, and so, they deducted this money from our security deposit right before Christmas during a pandemic with not even so much as an apology for the error. They made countless mistakes with our account during our tenancy, constantly contacting us telling us we owed rent when we did not or we owed random amounts based on errors they had made on their end. One month they lost my banking information entirely, again with no apology, and actually an implication that it was somehow my fault. The online websites they use for paying rent are brutal and not user friendly at all. Whoever does their bookkeeping must be completely incompetent based on the amount of errors that occurred. Their tenant ledgers are a complete disaster; it's almost as if someone deliberately tried to make things as difficult and confusing as possible. As someone else stated in their review, they come into your unit 4 times per year to "change the furnace filter" aka inspect your unit for who knows what. The visitor parking is an absolute joke, tiny stalls and a 2 hour time limit, who visits someone for 2 hours? That's not even the amount of time it would take to enjoy a meal with someone. The one and only positive part of the entire experience was the 3rd property manager, Rhonda Greggain. She was beyond helpful, always went above and beyond, very understanding and professional. I highly recommend not renting here unless you want to be constantly pestered by an unprofessional, rude, chaotic and unorganized management company who in my opinion does not care about its tenants all while living in an overpriced building with basically zero amenities.
