★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For what you pay it's not worth it at all. Not bright everything is cheap and poorly done and you pay a lot. Coming from Calgary it seems outlandish. The service man was really nice and they would come over for anything. The washing machine vibrated 2 feet from where it was blocking the door. I'm quit the man so I got in there but most people would be in quit the pickle. All joking aside that's a problem considering the cost.
Look to rent elsewhere save your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved to Prince George without knowing anyone or anything about the city. Broadstreet Properties made it easy to facilitate the rental in advance of moving to the city so I knew I had a home. The apartment was exactly as I expected and exceptionally clean. The landlord on site was very welcoming and has been accommodating to my needs. I feel safe here and thankful to call it home. Highly recommend.

The fact you can have a dog at these places and with how new and trendy they are, Broadstreet has really hit a homerun with these apartments. Thanks Lisa for everything we love our new apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building manager is really off-putting. I have yet to have a positive interaction with her. The apartments are extremely cheaply built and the washing machine in my apartment broke in the first three days. The doors are all hung wrong and everything is pretty fragile, there's no way anyone is going to be able to get their security deposits back, you can breath on this stuff and it falls apart. They are not helpful and make it very clear that this is a business interaction and nothing more. The 24/h support is a complete lie, you will be lucky to ever get in touch with someone in person as there regular hours are only from 11-4 and they usually aren't there any ways. The only good thing about the apartments is the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks nice on the outside and thats about it. The entire place looks like the construction was rushed, from the inside. The pictures online made the the apartments look way bigger than they actually are. The price is also outrageous for what you get. Also, insanely poor management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved in six months ago from Edmonton. I read the reviews and was a little apprehensive however, it was the only nice building I could find in town. I'm happy to say that I have been pleasantly surprised! The property is CLEAN, it still looks brand new, it's pet friendly and when my pooch is muddy, I don't have to spend $10.00 to wash her, there's a dog wash! Despite some of the comments about Lisa, I found her to be very professional, lovely and kind. I couldn't see the apartment before I moved in and she made the stressful transition super easy for me. I signed all my documents online and got to see a video of the apartment. Is it sound proof? No, but it's an apartment and of course, there's going to be noise as it is shared living. I did have an issue with my dishwasher when I first moved in but the maintenance man Michael was quick to fix this for me. I never write reviews however, I feel so at home here after six months and feel that people should know that as far as renting goes, this is where it's at. There's SO many dogs me and my dog get to meet:) I have lived in many apartments before and this one is certainly my FAVORITE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broadstreet properties is the most professionally run and clean property I have ever rented an apartment in.
I moved in to an immaculately clean suite.
The dog wash is kept clean and is a great facility. It’s better than dog wash stations available in pet stores.
The building manager Lisa was helpful from start to finish. From move in move out times, to quickly refunding money, to quickly answering questions asked. The staff is also really nice. The housekeeper always keeps treats for my dog, and maintenance comes as soon as you ask. Moving for work, otherwise I’d be staying. It’s nice to get what you pay for for a change.

Love the underground parking, the staff is always friendly and willing to help. The view from my balcony is amazing. Trees, birds and sunrises.
