★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good dairy queen food and ice cream. Very poor service. They close the doors at 8 so its only drive through after that. Nice summer evening I was here for probably 45 minutes and watched dozens of people try to go inside to order then get disappointed and leave. Silly hours. Will go elsewhere next time for an evening snack and ice cream

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through drive through. They did not get our order right. Drove to window to pay. Had to tell them 3 more times what out order was. Got it wrong. Had to go back inside restaurant to get it fixed. How. An you rate a 0.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Megan was an absolute perfect example of professionalism and service! Her attitude and the way she corrected an issue that wasn't even her fault (skip the dishes) leaves me with nothing but good things to say about this DQ . If everyone was like Megan.. the world would be just fine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9 pm Tuesday April 12th .4 front staff to busy talking/joking around with another staff member . blizzard where more like a warm milkshake . very disappointed. email was sent to dq , no response....guess customer service is a thing of the past .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is always busy and there's always a line up, so be prepared for that. It doesn't matter what city I'm in, I always anticipate a line up at DQ. If you keep that in the back of your mind, you'll be pleasantly surprised when one day, there ISNT a line. Anyways, considering how busy this place is, the staff are always trying their best, friendly, and working hard. Food is hit n miss, here and there, but what fast-food chain isn't?
