★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've worked in the food industry before, and I wanted to do was help the employees by letting them know that toys have a way to identify what Ugly Doll is what... and they kept sending me to someone else, until I got the manager, and the manager himself didn't wanna understand I was trying to help them... I didn't like the location's mannerism to its customers. I understand, that the food industry gets a lot of complaints, but I wasn't making a complaint, I was trying to be helpful and the manager and employees misunderstood me. it was a very unprofessional customer service experience. and my bf's burger was still cold in the centre when he got it...

I ordered a coffee with cream and when I noticed it didn't have any so I went back in and politely asked for cream for the coffee the attendant blatantly said that there already is cream in it. I then pulled the lid off the coffee and told the attendant " I promise there is not ".
I'm not upset that it was forgotten but I am upset when I asked for the correction I was told that I was wrong. So very rare to get out of the house during these times and would like it to be reasonable for everyone. Is that too much to ask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually get good service from this Mc.Walmart oct 21 around 10.30am, myself and one customer at the till. 2 managers and 2 employees were doing something with an Ipad while I stood for 2-3 minutes waiting for my order to be taken. I ended up leaving as no one paid any attention to me. Being an X manager from one of the top 5 Mcs in Canada, I was disgusted. Seems several people need some retraining for customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I doordash from this McDonalds decently often. And more often than not they screw up my order. I either get a regular quarter pounder instead of the double or they just outright forget my items. I ordered 10 nuggets with my meal and they only gave me the dipping sauce with no nuggets. Come on, all I ask is I get what I paid for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't been to a McDonald's in ages, but I absolutely needed a meal after shopping in Walmart and before my long drive back to my home community. This McDonald's is situated inside Walmart. The restaurant was very clean & the staff that evening were very really nice!
