★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Slow slow slow! It was only around 11 am on a Saturday and I waited about 20 min from when I first walked in to when I got my food. The sad part was that there was only 4 people ahead of me in line!? The upside was that a few of us started joking around about it must be because they're gathering the eggs from the chickens or the dough is rising for the bread to make the toast and mine was they're pressing the meat for my burger. The three of us had a good laugh over the long wait which helped with the frustration. When I did get my food, it was good.
I'm probably going to avoid that one....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed by the unfriendly service and the old lady here always forgets cutlery and she gives 1 napkin for 2 people. I won't spend my money at this restaurant anymore. Go to any A&W that isn't this one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought take out for 7 people, we went in to order , we placed our order once we got it checked it outside and realized they had missed our burger and bacon on another burger, good thing we didn't drive back to where we were staying. Manager fixed it when we brought to their attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't mind the hart location. The mall and college heights locations on the other hand could use a bit of focus. The mall location didn't have everything on the menu (onion rings, poutine etc). The college heights location is so damn slow it's crazy. They definitely know that they're paid by the hour.
