★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought three hot water tanks paid for with homedepot credit card was not allowed tow load tanks on my work trailer as they told me I would be charged with theft even though had received receipts indicating paid in full had to have management watch me sign in case I came back and ask for another 3 tanks felt like I was being treated like a thief.lve been in business for over 35 years and never been treated like this. Maybe its because my hair was longer than normal as wife pasted in November and growing hair out long enough to make wig all im saying is this was handled very poorly for large company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here quite a lot and recently bought a snowblower for the winter, the loading process was a bit bumpy since their forklift operator wasn't around so they had to load it by hand which was a bit harder but we got it done with help from one of the older gentleman working there. They are typically always happy to help and have pretty much everything you'd need for your next project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hit up Home Depot mostly for tools, appliances, and the occasional gardening needs. Their staff are friendly, but I usually have trouble finding someone to help me locate things when the need arises. I visited today for counter-top water filtration ideas and was disappointed to see only one or two options. If their prices were more aligned with Canadian Tire, I'd give another star. Overall, not a bad place to shop, just not my first choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is annoying, and rude. It always feels like you’re being watched. Get asked every isle if I need help till I get to the cleaning products…. Seems wrong.
You don’t have to stalk every costumer to feel like a hero Saving shoe polish from the next addict walking in. It’s a big box store not a healthy friendly quaint mom and pop down to earth business, chill. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $800 order delayed with no notification. After 6 days I was told to wait 48 more hours for it and if it had not arrived the escalation team would locate it with the courier. 48 hours later told the same thing again and again the same 48 hours later. Spent an hour on hold only to be hung up on. Their text line has also been unhelpful. It has taken me 2 hours of texting and being on hold again today for some one to call the courier. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. Maybe one day I will get my order...
