★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to get ink especially if you use a lot of it, or have an obscure outdated cartridge that would otherwise be an online purchase. The owner is a splendid guy with a cheeky sense of humour and makes you feel like a genuinely valued customer. Even if you’re spending just a few bucks, he’ll take the time to explain the details and he certainly knows what he’s talking about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 4 ink cartridges and they weren’t the correct ones so I brought them back and he insisted they were the correct ones so I went back home tried them again and they still did not work. Now, how hard is it to put ink cartridges in a printer? NOT THAT HARD!! I came back a third time and he still was saying they were correct ones. I got so frustrated that I left the cartridges with him and walked out of the store. Needless to say I lost a couple of hundred dollars with nothing to show. Nice customer service! NOT!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I WAS COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF by this business and given a poor attitude as well dropped off my laptop to be taken apart and cleaned after i picked it up and paid my bill went to my car and looked at my laptop and i assure you all it had not been cleaned at all my fans were full of dust. WHEN I TOOK IT BACK IN I WAS TOLD THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY COULD MUST BE THC WHICH CAN'T BE CLEANED. So went home took it apart and surprise surprise easily cleaned my fans with a small brush and blower in about 20min. beyond ink are nothing more than thief's find another shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hard drive on my HP laptop recently crashed. Beyond Ink replaced the crashed hard drive with a new 512 ssd as scheduled and as quoted. Eddy the technician explained that I had a good computer and that all that was needed was the installation of a new solid state hard drive. No upselling to a new laptop. Eddy also made an extra effort to recover the data from the crashed hard drive. Appreciate the honesty and the service that went above and beyond the call of duty. They've earned my business going forward.
