It's chatty, and lively and full of love. So many wonderful teachers. Pam is inspiring and makes class an experience in personal transformation and growth.

It feels like the teachers are right there supporting you in your home as if you were in the studio! Shift Power Yoga at Home really held me stay grounded and in touch with community during Covid, so grateful for them!
