Went in for oil change my first time as they where doing that they added a free multi point inspection! Fond out 3 months down the road my left front axel seal was leaking ( saw a puddle of oil underneath my vehical) and decided to book an appointment. When I went to WW they had noted the leak in there computer but had failed to tell me or write it down on the receipt I had received from my oil change 3 months ago…. The owner or manager ralf ? Said “sorry this was a miscommunication between the mechanic” when I was there that day they had a look underneath and I was shocked to find more problems that they failed to notice!!! A very noticeable front shock leak that I was pointed out by a great employee, then I looked more when I saw my LR bushing was sagging a whole inch more that the RR seems like a blown leaf springs ?? I would have thought that these great gm mechanics should have noticed these problems not an 18 year old kid !! Went back (unfortunately ) to get my axel seal replaced which they had fixed !!! Went back again after hearing a whining noise which was “normal from engaging 4x4” went to clean my truck when I noticed my steering rack was cracked from which the steering axel is clamped too. Which was never noticed when repairing my seal!!!!!! I find that these very simple problems should have been noticed by these professional WW mechanics!!! Overall happy with the front desk ppl!! But not the owner or manager ralf or the mechanics!!

Hi there I went to Wood Wheaton superstore and purchased a Chevy Silverado 2021. Had the honour of meeting a wonderful sales lady and her name was Elisa. She answered all my questions that I asked about the truck, when it came in she took me through the truck and showed me everything that I needed to know. Very professional and lovely lady, she will do well for Wood Wheaton! Thanks Elisa!! Keep up the good work. Plus Cyril in financing did an awesome job thank you. The rest of the wood Wheaton family staff are fantastic group of people.

I am super impressed with Wood Wheaton's, the sales staff very accommodating and well versed in everything Chevrolet or GMC. They listen to what you are looking for and do their best to make it work, they will give you a great trade in value for your old vehicle as well. Wood Wheaton's will definitely make you a Chevrolet or GMC fan.

Well, about a week ago my vehicle died. In a pinch and under pressure I found a used car on their lot that checked all my boxes. It was affordable, all wheel drive, 4 door sedan and a reliable brand. Anyway, my wife was able to do all the footwork for me on my behalf while working with their sales agent Chris B and their finance agent Jasmine. This included securing winter tires, a tow truck from my work and a cheque for the towed in suv once the appraisal is complete. Anyway, it was a great experience and will be rolling in to get my winter tires soon enough. Thanks again. Oh, as I rolled out with gently used vehicle the manager ran out with Cris letting me know that a part (center console) that had marks from where a little dog chilled out was getting replaced.

Wake up folks. I can't believe how many brainwashed ordinary people believe their vaccines protect them. Everyone can choose to pick which road they want to take, we can agree to disagree. How many vaxxed, with a booster, people do you know that have gotten Covid? Read someone's lifes being reset below by a pathetic excuse of a company. SHAME, SHAME!!!! Has anyone been fired over the mask mandate? My union will not support me. Just got fired from the Wood Wheaton GM dealership in Prince George for "not complying with the mask mandate". Apparently not having a mask fully pulled over my nose even though I sit in a breezeway and have a sheet of plexiglass between me and the customer isn't good enough, and removing the mask when I am by myself in the breezeway is "unreasonable".

Had my first experience with this dealership and have to say it was absolutely atrocious. They had our vehicle far longer then they needed to (41 days!) because parts department is a weak spot (manager quote) and parts forgot or didn't get ordered, cost us 500$ in rental insurance. there was absolutely no communication from our service advisor, so to say the least customer service was horrendous. Talked to the service manager, did not want to work with us on helping out with our costs. I hope I do not have to return to this dealership .

I was driving for skip the dishes bringing order for one of the employees that work at GM. Pulled up in their parking lot, next thing I saw was this half thing of scissors going from the tread of my rear tire through the wall of the tire. When I asked the staff they said most they can do is help me to change to spare tire. My question is what if I was a customer purchasing a new car or getting some work done on the car. Would they have said the same thing or they would have offered me a new tire. Especially when this happened right in the parking spot next to service bay. The staff was helpful when they helped me with the tire change to spare. But I am very disappointed with the management, they should be offering me a new tire. What would you being a customer expect in this situation? I would not recommend them to anyone at all at this point.
