★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would highly recommend. Excellent consumer service and fabulous workmanship. I had a running with a deer. Simple brought it to them after contacting ICBC, they got me in another vehicle for the time it took to get my truck back. Could not be happier with the outcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a icbc claim. Computer told me to wait for a call back before I brought it in. Waited month and a half before I went back, then got booked in right away. Then waited longer cause of icbc new model. Once I got in, the work done was worth the wait. Truck looks better than it did :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my car to CSN Top Gun to get my bumper fixed after a hit and run. They ended up replacing it and it looks fantastic. The customer service was also top notch. They got me to and from work when I couldn’t find a ride and even detailed and washed my car, which I wasn’t expecting but very much appreciated. I highly recommend them and would take my vehicle there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good service. Takes so long for them to fix as they don’t seem responsible enough to order the right/right amount of parts for the car. For future consideration, if you are wanting your vehicle done fast this is not the place to go. To the employees, please order the right parts and do this in a timely manner. My boyfriend missed out on a fun get away/business trip because of the service here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The craziest of things happen surrounding an accident, add in COVID and what you get is a recipe for possible unhappiness. Thankfully there are people who care about their reputation and are humble enough to not treat someone like they are unimportant and that they are the ones who we need and therefore should just be grateful.... Like I said...@#$! happens but they care about the outcome and about their clients/customers. So rest assured, no matter what... You will be happy! They also answered every email I sent, were true to their word and they stand by their work. They also took care of things I needed done by the dealer that had nothing to do with why the car was in their possession.... Like I said.... They actually care and treated us like we really do matter... Well done Matt! Thanks... We won't ever forget how you went over and above.
