★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so impressed with Ken at URS Prince George. All I can say is that I have never had a renovation completed as professionally as this ever! I’ve done many different projects in PG throughout the years and thus has been the most pleasant one. Again if you have a chalice use these guy. Thanks agin Ken I will be using you for all my work from here on. It’s nice to have the service we all look for in a local company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have an insurance claim, pray your Insurance company uses URS. If they don't - ask them to. If they still won't, I wish you luck, and I recommend changing insurance. URS just finished a claim at my place, and they were courteous, professional, responsive, and went above and beyond making sure I was happy with what they were going to do, before they did it. Their people did excellent carpentry work, and the electrician they sent was a pro who did things right. Very happy with URS (though I hope I don't need them again anytime soon, lol)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trash company trash service , been messing around for months and doing half the jobs they should be. Also using more of our insurance/budget then the actual job requires. Won't even provide any written schedules or scope of work. Completely unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used URS for insurance claim. Repair work itself was fine and all and all took about 6 months which is fine too. However, several scheduling issues with contractors arriving at house without giving notice or not arriving when scheduled and several message to the project manager were not returned. Right now base boards were damaged during repair work and I was told someone would come out a month ago for about a 15 minute fix job, no one arrived. Have phoned them 3 times since to reschedule and they have not returned my call, guess i'm finishing the job myself.
