Now, it seems, standard practices include:
- delivering filled orders with garments missing
- not informing customer of colour change when new garment arrives in
- charging a restock fee for the return of said garment
A great customer service experience it was not especially when a return turned into an argument. :(
All the best for the future Up the Creek. There is now zero reason to no longer order exclusively online.

I had them do a custom embroidered image for a sewing project and they allowed me to provide my own image and my own material. They were transparent the costs and provided a reasonable quote, and completed the digitizing and embroidery within the week. The finished product was exceptional. I would definitely recommend.
