My band started getting shirts made with Cre8ed in 2003 or 2004. I’ve never been anything but satisfied with the quality, price, and customer service.

Hands down the best Clothing store in the valley. Huge supporter of minor sports, we do not buy our gear from anywhere else. Dustin and his staff are the bomb!!!

Cre8ed is a true gem amidst a sea of sub-par printing companies. I've only had positive experiences with them. They are professional, reliable and responsive to my needs. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

terrible company every year screws up the names on the jerseys and then bills us when we want them fixed. then took a month to add an s to one jersey. this year spelled every girls name wrong on the team. last year gave the team men's small jackets not what we ordered . then fake set up fee for every jeresy and jacket this place is pure garbage.

Very uncooperative on using your own shirts due one bad experience. Offered me a bad deal of I pay cash ( good for there books) but they do not replace $30, if they ruin a cheep $30 shirt. Little did they know that being hung up on $30 lost them a potential company contract for my husbands company. Shouldn’t worry about $30 in the grand scream of running a business, it will bite you.

Had a strange experience trying to get custom clothing made with this company. Was looking to get a hoodie and tank top custom printed and I had never done it before so I went to a few different places in town to get quotes and find out what the process is. Kyle at Cre8ed Clothing / BC Sportswear (not sure what they want to go by) was super friendly and helpful so I decided that I wanted to fulfill my order with him rather than another shop. I showed him the artwork I wanted to get printed on the clothing and he gave me a quote and said there was no problem printing it as long as I had it was vectorized and in the right file type. In the process, I mentioned that another shop in town quoted me $5 cheaper for the tank top so I asked him if he'd be willing to price match it. He then seemed to get very offended by that proposition, saying "no, I don't want to play that game". I was a bit taken aback by his reaction as I was merely asking about the possibility, since it's pretty normal to negotiate sometimes in business. In spite of all that, I still wanted to get my order done with him anyway because he had left a good impression on me previously so I sent him the artwork to print on the shirt via email, only to receive a response from him a day later telling me that they will pass on fulfilling my order since they do not print swear words on clothing (the design for the tank top had the f-word in it). This surprised me since Kyle had already seen the design previously in person and did not express any issues or concerns with it at that time, so it was very bizarre when he suddenly had an issue with it. To add to that, I pointed out that the other design did not have any swear words on it and as such, there shouldn't be any issue with printing it, but then he simply responded by saying that they are going to decline printing that too, with no other information as to why. I have no idea why he decided to deny fulfilling my order, if it truly was about the swear word on the 2nd design, then there shouldn't have been a problem printing just the 1st design, but it seems like he had an issue with the fact that I tried to negotiate by asking him if he's willing to price match? Very bizarre behaviour and completely unexpected given the pleasant interactions I had with him before all of this. Not to mention that my negotiation wasn't anything unreasonable, just asking him to price match which was just a difference of $5, and even though he said he wouldn't do it, I was still willing to give him my business at his normal price anyway so I really don't understand what brought on his behaviour here. Anyway, I decided to go to Brand Central (formally known as The Dog's Ear) just a few blocks up the street from them and they were able to fulfill my order in less than 24 hours without any problems with the designs and also without charging me to vectorize them (something that must be done to be able to print them and something that Kyle was going to charge me extra for) so I highly recommend trying those guys out instead if you're looking for an easy and stress-free apparel printing experience!

I’ve worked with several embroidery shops in Kelowna and the team is by far the most organized and has been the quickest to fill an order. Pricing is on par with the other stores but much more professional to work with. Highly recommended if you have deadlines to meet.
