They quickly replaced some weak batteries and put us on a yearly timer to contact us again next summer. In short: they solved our problems and made it easy to stay fire safety compliant at a reasonable cost.

The fire department was down my neck on reviewing my property and after explaining my situation Pete arrived 7 minutes later! He was super kind, professional, and had a great personality. We need more customer service and go getters in Kelowna. Thank you, Pete and Nutech team!
