★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked on my rear diff and began howling right away after they were done. Came back and guy started yelling at me saying he had nothing to do with the problem any know i have receipts saying my rear end only had 60,000kms on it. Very disrespectful and unprofessional will not be coming back and letting all my family and friends know not to go Ethier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read many good reviews about this shop so I chose them when I needed a repair done to my wife’s 2011 Chevy equinox. I took the car to them and requested they replace the timing chain timing chain tensioner and the water pump chain and tensioner . They spent all day working on the car coming up with reasons to not do the job , not sure if the technicians were not skilled enough to complete the job or what the real reason was .. but it cost me $1000 and nothing was done besides quoting me for a new engine and they replaced the oil filter . I took the car home and replaced the timing chains myself and have been driving the car daily for almost three years since then with no engine issues . My advise to anyone is anything more than general maintenance to bring their car somewhere else or get a second opinion , especially if they quote a replacement engine instead of completing a repair

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to get a trailer in on a rush basis due to an upcoming camping trip. They were able to fit me in the next day; fix the wiring, and keep me updated throughout the whole process. The Service Rep and the Technician were exceptional to deal with and the price ended up coming in materially less than I expected. All around great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sincerely appreciated service. I showed up shortly before they closed with an electrical problem, as my trailer wiring was disconnected. They took on the job and even stayed late on a Friday to ensure it was correctly fixed, allowing me to safely tow my trailer for a weekend I really needed it. The advice, service and willingness to help was above and beyond. I would give 6-stars if I could! Thank you!

They fit my car in their busy schedule and luckily it was good news regarding the repair. They had the vehicle fixed and back to me that day. Honest and excellent customer service to help in my time of need. Highest recommendation!
