★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed a car while I was in town for a short time, and David Saccheti was the sales consultant in charge. He was very helpful in every step of the way and did his best to see if I could have the car before I left town.
Then there's the Financial service Manager, Claudia Li, that really helped out with everything in her department. Wouldn't have been able to make it in time if it wasn't for her.
Honestly would recommend going to this dealership, cause I wasn't pressured into buying anything, everyone helped to make things easier for me, and did their best to accommodate my needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steve helped me find a better car, I told him what I was looking for and he found exactly what I needed. He had it all ready to go when I showed up and he didn't make me feel pressured at all. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone I know buying a car, new or used. Cheryl in finance was wonderful to work with too, it was overall a very easy process for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast friendly service! Decided I wanted to downsize so Craig Invited me down to have a look at a used suv and he gave me a great trade in price for my pickup! Claudia then worked her magic in finance and within a few hours I was happy as can be in my new to me Ford Escape

They actually want to help people get into decent cars for a reasonable price. Claire, Robert, Rob, and Chris treated me fantastic and I will likely buy from this dealership exclusively for the rest of my life. They don't jerk you around and they are always true to their word.

It took about a week, from start of looking to purchase, with a couple visits to accommodate my schedule to find the right vehicle. He was knowledgeable and helpful with various details about the SUV and available offers. I am so happy with my new to me SUV and the services that Ford offers me in the future.

I had a small issue with the car over Christmas and Mel Tabora got me into the shop with very little notice and got me on my way.

Both Riley and Kevin went above and beyond and were quick to rectify the situation and make sure that I was happy by the time I left the dealership. Both were very professional and fair. I would highly recommend PG Ford and wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle there.

Jim DImor really helped me get the financing I needed! Claudia Li was excellent with her explanation regarding the paperwork and what I should consider for warranty and maintenance! all in all the team at PG Ford helped me drive away my dream car in less than 2 hours! would 100% recommend everyone at Ford again and again!
