Thank you to the front desk staff that worked to get me in and to the therapists that are skilled in massages and healing ❤️? touch. Very professional. I feel a million times better! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist hung up on me for my shock (OMG) that she did not know east from west (literally)
I made the appointment from Quesnel, and the net directions were off, by a block. I was about 15 min. late, and they called to see where I was. I gave a precise location, 97N&10th. The receptionist said that if I "did not give her a landmark she had no idea where that was." I then said, "driving south on 97 towards Quesnel" and she said she had "no idea what direction Quesnel was in" . . . this went on for several minutes, until she began accusing me of "speaking down to her just because [she] didn't know east from west or where Quesnel was" . . . By this time, I was speaking down to her, in sheer stunned amazement. How can you not know where you live or that pr is west from pg . . . she also did not seem to understand that tuning left vs. right mattered, depending on the driving direction. I told her I was not from pg, but she didn't care and kept yelling at me (at least 5 times) that I was talking down to her bc she didn't know her directions or which direction either Q or PR were in . . . her own yelling/interrupting/rudeness, though, I was to accept. Then she hung up . . . so I guess I could yell/interrupt/be rude/hang up, but expressing shock (OMG) at the lack of such basic knowledge as directions, was not to be tolerated . . . so I'm driving back (south) to Quesnel on 97 south . . . to let my friends know not to book at this salon . . . what if the stylists don't know that hair is also cut directionally, and it matters if you cut up vs. down vs. left to right . . . replace the phone reception, pronto . . . not that I'll come back, regardless.

She knew exactly how to cut my hair and make it look good. I've struggled finding a good haircut in Prince George but she's very skilled and I'll be booking again for my next haircut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've gotten my hair cut by Trina several times now, and she is always so friendly and knows exactly what to do even when I'm bad at explaining what I want! Haha! Never had a bad cut or experience here. The atmosphere at Razor's Edge is really comfortable, and they have always been able to fit me in within a very reasonable time frame. Highly recommend.

I only gave 4 stars, because it's way to hard to get someone on the phone to book an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place I usually get my hair done called and canceled my appointment, and couldn't fit me in for a month. I decided to give Razer's Edge a call and see what they had available. They were able to fit me in the same day and I had my choice of times. Leena did my hair and I am happy with the result. Decided on a whim to get my eyebrows waxed. Very satisfied with the services and the price was similar to other salons in the city. They have a nice gift shop as well. Great central location. Very surprised they weren't busier.
