★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my sister there to get a wheel alignment on her van and the guy comes back with a $1300 quote and a bunch of parts needed to be changed before the wheel alignment. So I order a complete front end kit drove six hours from Alberta replaced all the parts and found that none of them were even wore out. Called the service manager up and confronted him and he tried to give me a line of bull about certain specs and I should’ve brought the van back so they could show me that it was wore out. I’ve been working on vehicles for over 20 years and I’m pretty sure I can tell if a ball joint is wore out or not Just saying they might be trying to take advantage of people that aren’t as knowledgeable in automotive mechanics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought in my Ford Mustang to have them repair a small transmission leak. They decided to change the transmission oil pan to fix the leak and charged about $300 for that. I got home and placed a cardboard under the car for a few days to see if the leak was fixed or not, the leak actually got worse. They said that may just be residual oil from the fix but it’s been 3-4 weeks since they “fixed” it and the car still leaks and worse than when I first brought it in to them.. Brought the car back to them a few days ago and told them the leak was not repaired/worse, they ended up saying they wanted to change a bunch of other seals, some of which have nothing to do with the transmission oil leak (some of the seals they mentioned had to do with motor oil which the car hasn’t ever used a drop of since I’ve owned it in 2016-2017) so at this point it seems they have no idea where the leak is coming from and they’re just guessing.. they changed something that obviously did not need to be changed otherwise the leak would be fixed.. waste of money and time plus the leak is worse than when I first brought it to them, very disappointed..

Tried all the big names, came here, Brian & guys fitted us in quickly.. tested the vehicle found what the problem was (detached tire) and sorted us in an hour. Outstanding service & quality.
