β β β β β Recently bought a Toyota Tundra from Mike at Bayview Toyota. The entire experience was professional and courteous right from the start. The transition from trade in to final purchase was very open, honest and hassle free. The staff took care of everything. First couple of experiences with service department have been nothing less than amazing. They even cleaned my vehicle on my first trip. What a great surprise.
It was not a difficult decision to buy from Bayview. Its a locally run business that donates back to the community in so many different ways. It pays to support local, and to a great family run business. 5 star rating for service, sales, and overall experience. Get in and see them, you will not be disappointed.

β β β β β We had such a great experience shopping at the Kenora Toyota dealership. Morgan was such an amazing sales representative. She was quick with her replies, upfront and honest. She was very welcoming and warm to deal with. I never felt like I was being tricked, taken advantage of or sold something I didn't understand. The rest of the staff was very helpful as well from financing to the service department. It felt like home shopping here. I highly recommend shopping here and this product. We are very happy. Thank you again for the great experience!

β β β β β Bottom of the barrel, service manager treats you with contempt, and will go out of their way to make sure you know your existence is an inconvenience..
Their business model is arson, pathetic for a brand build upon longevity and reliability.. Buy a new car or get out, is pretty much the long and short of it.. Avoid.
lol, if you put half as much effort in-store as you do at mitigating damaging reviews online you might not have this issue..
took longer to have a brand new battery installed by a tech(warranty requires a tech to install) than it took for y'all to respond to this, and it's after hours..

β β β β β I had to take my car in unexpectedly while on a trip and the service manager Rodney went above and beyond to help me with my car and coordinate with my home Toyota. Thanks to him we were able to enjoy our trip and get home safely! Not to mention it would've been a huge expense had he not stepped in to help us out.
