Why does Subway hire such unfriendly people to represent Subway? I am a frequent visitor. But. Not going to that place ever again... Why is Subway not into customer satisfaction anymore?

S	Sebastian Kluth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Subway restaurant located in Kenora convinces with helpful staff that respects current health measures during the coronavirus pandemic. The food is great and reasonably priced as usual. It's possible to eat on a little patio that offers a great view of Change of Latitude Marina, Norman Bay as well as Treasure Island and Scott Island on Lake of the Woods. The only negative element are the numerous cardboard boxes on the patio and the nearby smelly trash dumpsters.
H	H K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would actually give this place no stars. A friend of mine recently got food poisoning from this place. She's been sick since Friday so almost a week now. She went to emergency Sunday night after the symptoms were getting more and more intense. A couple of days later, she was diagnosed with salmonella. Awful, awful experience for her. She had the ham and cheese sandwich. Subway is supposed to be known for its "healthy" food. There ain't nothing "healthy" about having salmonella!!

Main problems are that all Subways now cut the bread in half prior to finishing the sub, meaning all the toppings pull out in a mess when trying to split the halfs. Also i can't understand why 90% of the tomato slices are green and or stems.
H	Hail Victory on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great view from the deck. Service was sub par, as the employee spoke very bad English and I had to have them repeat things multiple times. They were out of all but 2 breads, and out of the sub I wanted. 3 stars is being generous, and that's only because i enjoyed the view while consuming the sub i really didnt enjoy because it was far from what i wanted. Might've just caught them at a bad time, but first impressions are everything.

It was very good but I would have wished everything would have been spread out more so I could had a bite of everything instead of having chicken in one bite spinach and tomato in another. Other than that the food was very good.
