★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my Forest River Island trailer in for repairs. Was a little skeptical of getting overcharged like most repair shops. Happy Camper was an all around great experience both costwise and for customer service. Job was first rate. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only good thing I can say was how they were able to fit me into their schedule on the same day to look at my AC on July 19th. I was told by the technician that It needs replacing and I will have a quote within a week or two. Waited 2 weeks, a month, 2 months, now I get an email on Sept 30th and I'm slapped with a bill and quote. Left in the dark, no follow ups, no communication at all. It's like they forgot about me completely. I contacted Terry and was told that they contact once they find the parts or replacement..I found a replacement online the same day of diagnosis. I'm sure anything I say they will have reasoning for, but I find this is absolutely poor customer service. I am not very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terry and team were fantastic! They came out to figure out why our fridge wasn't working and found the part that was needed to be replaced. Verne also worked his wiring magic so we now know what wires are for what.
Highly recommended the Happy Campers team!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had brought my furnace in to be cleaned and looked at, because of its age, some of the parts could not be located that would enhance the repair process. Unfortunately, it was not fixed completely but it was cleaned up well. When I picked up the furnace, it was explained to me that it was bench tested OK and they could not find the parts needed, but had explained what I can do to make it work. I must say though, their customer service had gone above and beyond what I expected overall. Thank you, Happy Campers RV!

After talking to Gerry @Happy Campers, I lucked out with a mobile technician in the area. Ryan was friendly, thorough & patient in locating the issue(s) & I was back in a warm rv before nightfall.
HIGHLY recommend this service business!?

If you are looking for an RV service facility that will do it right and stand behind their work, look no further. I have found Terry and his crew to be the most the most professional and honest bunch of RV techs I have run into. They will always be my number one place for any future repairs my RVs might need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had occasion to use Happy Camper RV Repair in West Kelowna a couple of times now.
Last summer, I had them install slide toppers on my 2010 Winnebago Aspect Motorhome. Vern did the job and he was meticulous. You could tell that he knew exactly what he was doing and the job came out perfect.
Later in the year, well into the fall, I took my son's Springdale trailer to them to investigate some mildew that was noticed in the bedroom area. Ryan attended the storage site first and assessed the damage and came up with a plan of attack. He explained what needed doing and gave a detailed estimate which he said Happy Camper would guarantee.
I brought the trailer to Happy Camper and the work was performed exactly as proposed and the job was, again, done to perfection.
Both Vern and Ryan have many years of experience in servicing RV's and they know them well. I don't think there is much that they can't handle. The owner, Terry, is very approachable and backs up his staff. Incidentally, Terry operates a side business where he repairs and restores vinyl, plastic and leather and his work is outstanding as well.
If you have a problem with your RV, big or small, mechanical or cosmetic, Happy Camper is a company you need to visit.
