★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The folks at Fenders are truly amazing people, they're workmanship as well as customer care is second to none. Both my girlfriend and I have taken out vehicles to Fenders several times and they have done an excellent job every time. I owe them a huge thanks for all the help they gave me when the engine on my car gave out. I took it to them to have it diagnosed, naturally with diagnosing an engine issue they had to take it apart. Unfortunately, I was told my engine was toast. That was about four hours labour, but being the kind and generous they only charged me two hours labour just to cut me a break. To top it off they let me park it there for an entire week until I arranged for a tow. So If your looking for reliability, great customer service, and excellent mechanical work give them a shot. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

First of all, I took my vehicle here maybe 1 or 2 years ago and I was not happy with the outcome. I am VERY glad that I gave them another chance. It looks like a lot of the staff has been changed, and thank god for that as before many things were missed. Now they're very informative and inspect the vehicles thoroughly, and get everything done that needs to be done. If something happens to get missed, I get an update phone call asking whether I want them to do it (usually yes).
The mechanical guy at the front is super helpful. I had a couple lights go on in my vehicle, and he had some ideas of what they could be before inspecting. After inspection, they knew for sure and fixed it right up for me.
The girl at the front told me she had only been there for a couple weeks and already it seemed like she knew so much, so I was impressed. She was able to answer some questions about claims, and a couple bodywork things as I am planning on going to get a bumper fixed-- I can only imagine the information that has to be learnt and what a few months of being there will do.
Hopefully the current staff stays, as this is the best bunch I've dealt with. Thank you for the helpful advice; I definitely plan to come to this shop when it comes to my vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Bruce about last minute installing two (owner supplied) shocks on the back of my RV. I had limited time (2 hrs) and Bruce gave me a choice of two appointment days and said he'd make it happen. My RV was immediately on the hoist, shocks installed, and ready to go in a little over an hour. Amazing customer service at Fenders from all involved. Will definitely be my go-to shop for RV work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not follow through with promise to complete warranty work after the paint job they performed blistered and peeled. I've contacted them numerous times and they do not return my calls. I'm not one to post negative Google reviews but in this case I feel consumers need to know of my poor experience with Fenders.
