C	Claude & Mae Charron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sage Creek Developments is owned by Aldo Venier. The homes are built by his son Todd Venier, CEO of Freeport Industries. The homes are not built by good sub trades. They don't finish the home when you move in and takes them over a year to finish. They use sub trades for lot of the work and the workmanship is not good. When trying to contact someone about your home it is next to impossible to reach someone. Our only contact is Freeport and they don't seem to care about getting the homes done.. Update: Ive been here just about two years now and still not done. Even some of the items that were installed were not good quality, addressed the issue, they started to fix the issue after installation then quit due to cold weather, the next year asked them to finish, it was delayed for 4 months then they get back to me saying they are not fixing the problem due to all the time that has past... Also, do you notice the company only comments on the good reviews, why don't they comment on the negative ones and try to resolve some of the issues then people might say something positive after??

Initially we were disappointed at the time it was taking to get things repaired. However, that all changed when they hired a new deficiency coordinator in Kim and shortly after that Kevin as the carpenter. Between them they ensured that if Kevin couldn’t repair it they had someone qualified do the job. They’re both very professional and should be commended for a job well done.

The replacement of this door was more complicated that what was first thought. Throughout this process Kevin kept us informed, both he and James were very meticulous and professional in providing us with a great finished product. We appreciated the communications, and efforts to remedy this situation.
