During such a difficult time for my mother personally and while coping with the global pandemic Chartwell staff have been outstanding in their compassion and caring. We certainly feel she is being well looked after giving us peace of mind.

With the support of Audrey and her awesome team at Chartwell Chatsworth, we were able to facilitate an ever needed quick transition. We were so impressed to begin with and have been more so each and every day. The staff are remarkable, professional, caring, and supportive. The facility is top rate and our parents have been nothing but complimentary about the food....and if you knew our parents, that would be enough to apply immediately. We were especially impressed with their espouse during this global pandemic. The leadership was always a step ahead making decisions about transportation and visitation along side with medical authorities. They were quick to make appropriate decisisions and thereby avoiding the same tragic occurrences we here about. We are thankful and grateful for their excellence. The staff are very professional and welcoming. They make the place welcoming to their seniors and genuinely care for their residents.

Its a clean, well maintained building and the meals are good. Lots of fun activities to take part in. We would highly recommend Chartwell as a place to live.
M	Mary Fast on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A couple of years ago the time came when my family felt it was time for me to make a move to where I was safe 24/7. My son went looking around Kelowna and was very impressed by the cleanliness of Chatsworth and it had a very comfortable feeling as he came in. He then talked to a friend of his who’s mother lives there and he said “it’s so great there, my mother is so happy there”. I had read an article somewhere that said when you look for a place to live when you are a senior check to see if the staff are happy there and if they are you will be too and that has been my experience here. Nowhere could you find staff as good as ours. They are kind, patience, helpful and friendly. One resident here always says “I feel like a queen here”. One thing you find here is that if you have a dog and if there’s a room on the main floor you can bring your dog with you, for me a friendly dog helps to make a house a home. You always get well balanced meals, no one leaves the dining room hungry, even if your on a special diet. There’s lots more great things I could say about the Chatsworth. I am very happy here!

I hold monthly hearing clinics at Chatsworth and find the staff very friendly, kind and accomodating. Dealing closely with Cali has been a real pleasure! As well, a testament to Chatsworth, is how much the patrons enjoy living there which they have expressed to me from time to time. I thank Chatsworth for allowing me to provide my service and maintain clients hearing aids monthly for the last 15 years.

Everyone was so welcoming and Caroline was the most attentive host who took me to visit all the residents. The facility is beautiful and everyone seemed to be very happy there. My dog and I enjoyed listening to all the resident’s stories about their dogs, and I even got to play them a little song I composed on the beautiful grand piano in the lounge. If there comes a time when I need to place my dad in an assisted living facility, I would definitely look into placing him at this wonderful venue.
