They went above and beyond helping me pick out tires that would fit my rims I already had. Would recommend over any other tire shop I've gone to in the Okanagan in a heartbeat. Will be back for a few more sets for sure when we need them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS IS THE VERY BEST SHOP IN WEST KELOWNA, KINDEST STAFF, EVER SERVING STAFF, WILL NOT TAKE MY TIRES ANYWHERE ELSE TO PURCHASE OR TO HAVE REMOVED FROM WINTER TO SUMMER, THESE GUYS ARE ALL PROFESSIONALS AND WILL BEND OVER BACKWARDS TO MAKE YOU HAPPY, WHAT ELSE CAN YOU ASK FOR, SURE MORE THAN A LOT OF PLACES THAT IS FOR SURE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed with the service I got I spent almost 9000 here and asked for a few things to be done like put my tire sensors in my new wheels and tires they did not do ! When doing the lift I want to keep the factory rake they did not do! 6000km on my tires now and only 40% tread left definitely not the right tires for a f350 ! And 2 trips back there saying it will take a hour and I have to wait 3.5 hours each time . And then I had to bring in in for an alignment after all the waiting! Extremely disappointed
