Are you kidding, this place is THE place for window repair! They totally detailed the inside of my truck, my mirrors, even the lights! Wow it's never looked so good, or smelled so new. Talk about huge customer service, in this age of, "get it done as fast as you can" Crystal Glass is a refreshing reminder of how to treat your customers, thank you all so much.

Very friendly service and extremely accommodating about changes to my appmt time. Also they were exact about how long to replace the windshield. And that’s after not be able to start my car. They just pushed it in. Great job west kelowna crystal glass.

Should have gone to Boyd. Picked up my vehicle to discover a high gloss film all over the steering wheel, appearing to be a glue like substance. Instead of addressing the concern, they pulled out a service rep to confront me and say it was like that when it arrived. Only when I explained it was delivered directly from BMW service, who would verify, did they make an effort to resolve. Avoid!

The entire team at this Crystal Glass location is amazing! Friendly, prompt and professional service. I take my work fleet vehicles here as well as personal vehicles. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you for being so awesome! Keep up the great work! Highly recommend this location.

I brought my truck in about 4 weeks ago to have my window fixed (the glass is not in place and when rolled up you have to pull the glass back and hold it to roll it up into place) after having my truck for 4 hours they called to let me know what part needed replacing. Few days later drop my truck off have this part replaced, took another 4 hours, problem is 40% improved I still have to push and hold my window into place after spending $350. They told me the motor keys are worn and needs to be replaced to fix the issue wanting me to spend another $250 for the part plus labour. My dad and I pulled the motor ourselves come to find the keys are not worn at all, to prove a point we replaced it with a new motor. Problem is the exact same. Took the truck back to them the issue was still there, they said so long as I took the door apart, again, they would look at it again. After having it for another 4 hours today I go to pick my truck up and they tell me the window is fine. I’ve had my truck with all the new parts for 3 weeks now, the issue is not ‘fine’ I still have to pull the window into place. I wouldn’t recommend a business who won’t stand by their work, who tell you it’s this, replace a part, it’s not fixed, well put this part in, still not fixed and proceed to tell me the window is ‘much better’? Not impressed at all. No refund was offered even tho the issue was not fixed. If you can’t do a job, say so, don’t waste people’s time and money. Update: It's been 6 months since I was put into contact with the regional manager, Ryan. After I reached out to their social media manager I let him know I was uncomfortable dealing with Ryan as well as the fact that the issue was still not resolved after 6 months he put me in contact with Steven the BC manager. I just finally received a cheque from them, not covering the cost spent at their location with was promised to me (They refunded me $100 of the $450 I spent...). After 6 months of ignoring my emails and calls, pretending not to have my phone number when they've called previously. I emailed AGAIN for the full refund not a partial refund but no luck still. They like to ignore their clients and wait them out hoping they'll drop it. Very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. I can't believe this has gone on for 6 months.
