★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in there on Sunday morning and the store manager was using a rude tone when I was asking questions about the dry herb vaporizers, I'm not from kelowna . But when I asked for the store manager he said he was the store manager and seem very annoyed with me. I found it very rude. I ended up leaving without the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend been going here for nearly 5 years, always friendly helpful staff... impressed recently went in to buy a journey pipe 3 they didn't have one on-hand, so John? called the Rutland store and was sent the next day ?? I'm also happy with journey 3 best pipe I've owned, gives great taste, draws nicely and it has to be the easiest pipe to clean (as long as you do it daily which I don't mind) happy customer ??
