★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am new to vaping. I went to another Vape store told them them so. They showed me a vape pen and told me they wanted $35.00 for it. I did not buy it.
Next I went to Vape Street and was shown the exact same product but the price was $15.00. Not only that, a charging cord was thrown in for free.
I will be returning for all me vaping needs. Thank you Vape Street.!

To give them 5 starts, they would need to have more vape options thou as they didnt have a product I asked for. But overall a nice experience at West Kelowna vape street

Had a good experience with him and he was clearly more dedicated to getting the right product for you, then trying to maximize on the money he could get from you. His product knowledge was on point and he made sure to get a laugh from you as well.

Huge amount of Devices and products with lots of variety of juice selection and smelled great in there! The prices were great and I love how they can price match any other store out there! Was very tidy will definitely be coming back :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not usually one to make reviews but otherwise felt compelled to. Overall nice store and appearance. Relatively clean inside. However. There have been a few instances of walking inside and up to the counter where I was not even greeted. Not hi, welcome or how it going. just stared at. Makes a customer feel unwelcome. Would give 5 stars but just cannot under those circumstances as customer relations should be a number 1 priority.
