The staff are always friendly, helpful, and will give suggestions or recommendations if like myself, you're a bit overwhelmed at the selection. My vape recently bit the dust and when I found myself again in awe at the selection I was recommended the newer version of the one I had previously, and the coils I had at home will work with the new one! The fact they're open 7 days and week and the hours are solid is a big bonus too!

Every person I’ve interacted with has been kind, helpful, and friendly. It’s nice to spend my money in a place where it’s obvious that the owners and managers treat their people well.

I showed the gentleman who assisted me a couple of brands that I had found online that were highly recommend. The gentleman looked but said they didn't have those brands. He then recommended Kapow Nana. I had never tried this brand before and I asked him if it had menthol in it, as I absolutely do not like menthol. He said that it did NOT have menthol in it. I smelled the tester bottle and it smelled decent enough, so I figured I would give it a shot. Anyway, long story short, got home and tried it... it had menthol in it. This may have just been an honest mistake on his part, but now I'm out $25. I cannot return it since it's now opened and used. Again, I'm hoping that it was just an honest mistake, if so, understandable, we all make mistakes. But if not, I feel the staff at a vape shop should know the products they are selling. I am fairly new to vaping, so my knowledge of juices is limited and I'm still getting a feel for what I like and don't like. I am giving 2 stars because the gentleman was friendly, but I probably won't be back.
