★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had a customer in the pharmacy department verbally attack and abuse me, while I sat and said nothing. And no one on the pharmacy team said anything either despite being within earshot. I cannot wear a mask for medical reasons, and this customer decided to take it upon himself to swear at me, call me names, and threaten to get up and spit in my face. To which no one at this location stopped to intervene or say anything about. Finally I had enough and I used my own choice words, after staying silent for two minutes of being verbally attacked (and threatened). I will never go to this location again. I am beside myself that this behaviour was even acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love how wide the shopping isles are. I love the lighting and how clean it always is. I always pop in to buy just a couple of things and find everything that I need. It’s easy to access the items and pay for them and then...out the door I go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for a product from cosmetics counter, staff person was speaking to another customer service employee, she showed her disdain when we asked if this store sold Graydon products. Very rude and irritated we interrupted her conversation. She said " No, no never heard of it, no I don't know. " The tone and her expression insures I will never return to this Shoppers Drug mart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here having to produce a creation that was building up in my atmosphere about head level of a toddler if it were stand directly beside me which when I was here I am glad no human being was at nose level standing beside my creation. I told the pharmacy I had to go take my #3 and they were not understanding that what I needed to be schofeured too was an object generally white that has a big hole ready for ace to squat to deliver either a #1, a #2 or in my case I needed to go do my #3. I was trying to explain it would’ve taken me shorter time to do my #3 than search for a device that you flush. When he figured out I meant toilet I was told due to covid that nobody is allowed to arch their behind knee cabs bending down on white device.
