★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So this place needs a license to be able to buy supplies, which is fine. However, when asked for a price of an item they still ask you for a license. Seriously? Why can we know of the price even if we don’t have a license? Might as well put up sign “No license no entry into store!” It was such a bad experience for a first time there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jenn is amazing and always goes above and beyond. She answers all my questions and if she doesn’t know the answer she finds out, or puts me in touch with someone who does. The store doesn’t carry a lot of my go to brands, but I always check with them first! I hope they are able to keep picking up more brands, so I can give them all my money.

The girls at the store go above & beyond to ensure the experience is great & I am able to purchase the products needed. They carry a great stock in store which is great when I am in a pinch. Courtney has helped my business grow and I look forward to every meeting we have together. It is very apparent that IBSS cares for their customers and their community. Love shopping here!

The education level these girls have is absolutely outstanding. They want to accelerate your experience while introducing you to new products. Courtney the business rep is absolutely amazing and will drop everything to deliver or make sure there’s something in the store for you. Leigh and Hannah have always gone above and beyond for my salon and spa needs with Framar and En vogue. I didn’t know this place existed but now I do and I’m so grateful and thankful!!
Honestly feels good to have some customer service back in the industry.
And bonus they price match!!!!!
