★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I have to deal with this branch downtown weekly. The staff are extremely rude. From the tellers to the management, to the rude woman upstairs who deals with mortgage payouts. If I had the choice I would never deal with this branch again because of how they treat customers.

Phone support from both scotiabank and RBC left little answers and opened a 3 week investigation to get my money back. Figured I’d stop in face to face and the problem was reversed in minutes and my card was paid off. Thanks for the help

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Understaffed, and what staff they do have are incredibly slow. Their manager also recommends retired individuals invest $100k into their "RBC Managed Payout Solution", which pays a measly $430 per month (barely 5%) and literally has a negative growth over 5 years. I would NEVER recommend ANYONE to buy this stock or listen to the manager for advice. Apparently thats "my opinion" according to the teller. Sorry but its a fact that's terrible advice. What a joke of a bank.
