Bryan and his incredible staff (Amanda and fellow assistants) were knowledgable, caring, respectful and put my mind at ease. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetent and useless are just a couple of the words to describe this firm! Do not hire them! Lawyers are wishy-washy push-overs with no backbone. Did not do their job. Would send letters to "vett" before sending on our behalf, so basically we were doing their job, including fixing spelling and grammatical mistakes. Took forever to get them to do anything. The only thing they were quick to do was send the bill! Run, don't walk away from this firm! If you're looking for a firm to fight tirelessly on your behalf, this is not it! What a joke!

Despite the time constraints, Brian did a very thorough review of all documents and provided us with a detailed report so that we could comply with our timelines. We had a great experience with Brian and his assistant, Arshdeep, and really appreciated their real estate knowledge, friendliness and professionalism.
