★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was driving down the 97 when a rock shot out (I am assuming) from the truck in front of me. It happened so fast! Smash! Next thing I knew I had a starburst on my windshield lol. Once I got home and checked the windshield, I knew a little filler wasn't going to fix the amount of damage I had.
So, I looked around on the internet and found the reviews for 1st Class Autoglass & Upholstery. Everyone raved about the service there, so that was who I called.
I talked to Darlene on the phone and had an appointment later that week.
When I went to drop the car off, Darlene told me again it could take 5 or 6 hours. I had planned on taking an Uber back to my house when Darlene suggested dropping me back home, then picking me up when the car was ready. Now that is what I would call door to door service!
When she came back with the car it looked great.
She explained all the dos and don'ts for the next 24 and we filled out the required paperwork.
So, if you are looking for a nice, local business to support, that has outstanding service, call 1st Class Autoglass & Upholstery. I'm glad I did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drove from Kamloops to get a plastic rear window replaced, due to it being torn. Due to the distance there was a miscommunication and the window could not be replaced without replacing the entire roof. They went out of their way to manual repair the window with glue and caulking. They only charged me for the work done and not a window ordered in the miscommunication. the window has held for the last 10 months and looks to be holding on strong.
I highly recommend 1st Class. they do a great job and are honest brokers.
Over 2 years later, it is still holding strong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a shop that does great upholstery work and windshield repairs and replacements, look no further than 1st Class Auto Glass. This small business should be your FIRST choice. Their prices are very reasonable and the service is second to none. Darlene picked up my truck, had the windshield installed and delivered it back to my home ( 5 to 6 hours ). I have been going to 1st Class for about three years and have recognized that Dean and Darlene are all about customer service and satisfaction. I can't imagine using anybody else and would recommend them to others in a heart beat.

I have 19 pickup trucks, 3 logging trucks and 2 fuel trucks.
I happy to continue giving them my business and highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A easily to access shop in West Kelowna. Just off hwy 97. I had a ripped driver's seat I wanted to be repaired. My car is a 05 Mustang gt and they matched the center panel and replaced it. Wow they did a great job it looks great and feels good to see my interior back to stock or factory finish. I would recommend there high standards for repair or replacement on a variety of vehicles from sports cars hot rods and muscle cars . Not forgetting boats and more. The job turned out better than I thought it would. Thanks Dean and Darlene.
