Most excellent service replacing my wind shield. They even repaired a rust spot. Went to them to replace a window pane and they were very helpful, offering advice on how to remove the broken pane and promptly making a new one.

I am extremely disappointed by the service received at this location. From booking the appointment until the vehicle was picked up, there was nothing but problems. Unfortunately, not being from here, relying on reviews, and what others had told me, I let myself be convinced that it would get better.. Was I ever wrong!! When I initially tried to book my appointment, I was advised that my vehicle was discontinued in 2012... I am not a car person, but I know the make and model of what I drive... I am not that incompetent!! Second, I was advised that a phone call would be made on Friday to confirm that all the pieces were in and to confirm my appointment the following Tuesday. I did receive the call... Everything was apparently in order, my appointment was confirmed... Pretty basic right? Not so much... a couple hours after I brought my vehicle in, I received a phone call advising that "a piece was missing"... Now, I am not sure how one can FORGET a "piece" AKA the windshield, when the whole purpose of the job is to have a windshield replacement... At this point I am forced to wonder ... Why did they call to say everything was in order during that "confirmation" phone call? Did anyone even make sure the windshield was in stock? And if they were expecting to be delivered, didn't someone consider checking the order that arrived that Friday? The following Monday? The morning of the appointment BEFORE removing the windshield?! I understand that things happen but this one is kind of a MAJOR oversight. Had they been good about it, it wouldn't have been so bad. But instead, I was left stranded, with no vehicle, without ever being offered a rental or anything of the sort. All I was told was that it would be ready the next day by 4 - which means I have to figure out how to get back from work that day, to work the following day, and back to the shop to pick up my vehicle. As I THAT wasn't enough, when I called the following day asking exactly when I could pick up the vehicle, I was advised that the windshield had STILL not arrived and that they could to guarantee that it would be ready on the Wednesday which meant that I was going to be stranded even longer... Now, tack on to that the fact that I am in the midst of a major move a couple of provinces over and needed my vehicle to run errands to make sure everything was in order for that move -which they were made aware of AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THE APPOINTMENT ... Frankly this company is a joke and if I could give less than a 1 star I would have. The best way to describe this shop and this employees is: incompetent, disorganized, and rude.

Front window cracked inside their sealed window on aug 4 th we called Darcy to get it fixed, gave them the deposit on aug 5 th Was told two weeks to get and install at the time of the order Still not installed this is now sept 24th. And still excuses like 20 other people are more important. Not a long time customer like we were I will never use this company again or recommend them Lacking in staff, efficiency and product Update Paid in full for the job on aug7 /20 The window finally got installed dec 4/20
