★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the last month or so I had been thinking about getting my windshield replaced and All West Glass looked great from the street. Clean and inviting.They answered the phone promptly, were very informative and making the appointment was easy. They even suggested I pop by for a moment a few days before my appointment to make sure they would have the windshield in stock ( saving me a potential 2nd appointment). Through 'life ' happening I had to re-book a few times and I never felt like I was being a pest
On May 31st I got my windshield replaced . They provided a prompt, clean ride to and from work. The process was seamless and many of their staff thanked me for my business. I also observed them treating other customers the same way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They cant get a simple appointment date properly booked. Just recieved a phone call from this glass company saying i missed my appointment today at noon. Appointment i booked for tomorrow at 9am. I phoned back to correct the mistake and was told all appointments are booked tomorrow. The b.s. made up appointment for today is my only option? How bout a good google review and never bring my business back to these incompetent people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service! We got our new patio door custom made and installed by them last winter. Today we had a big furniture item delivered and it did not fit through the door. We called the All-West Glass for a trick to get off one part of the door and the guy personally came to us, took off the door, helped move the item through and put the door back. Said it would be too difficult to explain over the phone... We are very grateful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great experience with the manager, answering calls on the weekend and going the extra mile. But a really bad experience with front desk worker Holly. She was rude, condescending and arrogant. Thankfully after dealing with her a young man in the back helped me load windows (sadly I forget his name) and was very professional. Would do business here anytime if it was not for the one staff member.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fast service, professional, and it was an absolute treat to see management step out of their office and assist a client and getting their claim processed rather than have them wait in a line. You do not see that often very very impressed. The Establishment Mystic super clean as well which was really nice and they give me a taxi voucher to get home after I dropped off my truck for a windshield. Well done! very well done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Julie Ortynsky came to my house to estimate the cost of replacing my bedroom window. I was so pleased with her manner; she took her time and explained everything to me. She was patient and knowledgeable. She gave me a good price and she was able to work within my budget. I haven't had the work done yet but I just wanted to post a great review for her! Very pleased so far.

I dropped in to get a pair of window chips repaired in my truck. I was pleasantly surprised that they would be able to get it in right away as opposed to booking an appointment. I said great and handed the keys over. While a guy grabbed my keys and went out to my truck the girl at the front counter asked if I wanted it to through insurance or to pay outright. I mentioned that I couldn’t remember if this vehicle was covered by ICBC or a third party (she mentioned that the repair is covered under ICBC but not through a third party) but at $50 I would just pay for it if it didn’t have the coverage, no big deal. By this time my truck is already off to the bay to get worked on. The girl at the counter said nothing more about it. They got the truck done in about 20 minutes, and at this point I’m still happy about the service.
When he pulls up in my truck I go out to grab my insurance papers and get the payment sorted. When I bring them to the front counter the girl says that any insurance claim would have had to be done before pulling the truck into the shop and now I had to pay directly (Turns out i did have the insurance coverage btw). I couldn’t believe it. Why wouldn’t she have said something before they took the truck! I would have grabbed the keys back from the tech and confirmed! Now sure it’s only $50, but it’s $50 I didn’t have to spend! Instead of standing there and arguing I paid and left. I won’t be back.
